Student Health Advisory Committe (SHAC)

  • The School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) assists the district in ensuring that local community values are reflected in respect to student, staff, and community health-related issues. Parents, students, community members and staff are welcome!

The SHAC meets at least 3 times during the school year and once in the summer and is a wonderful way to contribute to your child’s educational experience. Each person has an opportunity to contribute and to bring forth suggestions and concerns regarding school health issues and to help students make healthy choices for a lifetime.

Contact District Nurse Kim Lobbes at 940-769-3215 or klobbes@santoisd.net for more information.
