The College & Career Readiness program at Santo High School assists students in their preparation for post-secondary plans. Whether students are planning to choose college or a career, the program is available to assist students with charting their course through high school and beyond.

Students are faced with four critical issues that must be addressed to increase the opportunities for college and career readiness:

• Standardized Assessments
• College Planning
• Career Search
